Die Lage ist hervorragend. 5 Gehminuten bis zur Piazza mit tollen Kaffees oder Bäckereien. Ebenfalls sehr nahe Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, in 10 Minuten ist man am Schiffsteg, am Bahnhof oder beim Lido.
Die Wohnung ist im ersten Stock direkt an der Hauptstrasse. Da es wärend unseres Aufenthaltes in der Nacht sehr warm war (22° bis 24°) mussten wir mit offenen Fenstern schlafen. Daher war es etwas laut. Eine Klima-Anlage wäre eine schöne Erweiterung.

Die Wohnung liegt zentral und ist genug gross.
Die Wohnung ist sehr hellhörig, der Parkplatz ist zu eng. Das der Abfall selbst zu entsorgen ist, finde ich sehr umständlich vor der Abreise.

La localización.
Las camas necesitan ser renovadas, en especial el colchón del matrimonio. El sofá cama no es válido para dormir más de una noche. No había ni un solo ventilador en el aparatamento, y era sabido que llegaríamos a más de 30 grados durante la estancia. El calor ha sido insoportable. El piso estaba sucio a nuestra llegada, especialmente el suelo.
