In a stylish mansion from the middle of the 19th Century invites you to our newly renovated romantic apartment on the ground floor with a very special atmosphere to stay. The living-room will inspire you: Free truss on the side and ceiling, free brickwork on the front page, an unusual ceiling height of 3.75 m, with one special room for special days. Even sleeping in the bunk bed is a different way than in everyday life.
If you are more people or want an extra bedroom, you can also book another room, access is via the other side of the hallway. If necessary, you can still use a second additional bedroom.
The kitchen is fully equipped for all your needs as self-catering. For Bakery and Pizzeria, there are also a few steps. Modern bathroom with shower. From the house you can take wonderful walks or bicycle to explore the area (bicycle station).
Grocery Stores (Aldi, Edeka, Lidl) in a few minutes.
S6 Cologne - Dusseldorf - Essen 5 min.
A 52 10 minutes, exit Kettwig or Breitscheidstraße.
Also ideal for visitors to the MediClin clinic Rhine-Ruhr, door to door directly by bus. Also suitable for visitors of Ruhrlandklinik in becoming.

Die Wohnung ist nicht in einem frisch renovierten Zustand und war leider auch nicht sauber. In der Kaffeemaschine war noch der gebrauchte Kaffee vom Vorgänger (leider auch schon entsprechend mit Schimmelbildung). Auch im Bad war leider Schimmel zu finden. Eine Grundreinigung der Wohnung wäre zu empfehlen. Die Türe ließ sich von innen nicht abschließen, da das Schloss klemmt. Die Straße ist sehr laut und das Haus an sich sehr hellhörig.
Wir waren zum Glück den ganzen Tag unterwegs und nur zum Schlafen in der Unterkunft. In der Nähe sind fußläufig Einkaufsläden zu erreichen. Ein Bäcker ist ebenfalls direkt um die Ecke. Für den Preis waren wir leider enttäuscht.
