Die Lage war super und der Aufenthalt okay. Die Wohnung bietet soweit eigentlich ein tolles Potenzial.
Absprache war wir melden uns 30 min. Vor Ankunft für die persönliche Schlüsselübergabe. Wäre so wie es war okay gewesen, wenn die Tür intakt gewesen wäre. So hatten wir das Gefühl man geht dieser Konfrontation aus dem Weg. Die Tür lies sich nicht abschließen und hielt sehr fraglich zu. So war die Vermieterin nett, aber wer lässt einen ohne Vorwarnung so ankommen? ICH habe die Tür notdürftig gerichtet/ repariert.
