I paid an extra $$ more than I needed too by using vrbo. Vrbo did NOTHING FOR THIS $$. In the future I will book directly with ROYAL SHELL. With that said royal shell staff are AWFUL to deal with. Rude. This is only about money for them - awful awful awful customer service. The house had broken items, could not get in even one minute early and lots of extras that were on property but not available to us. I imagine the home owner is not aware of how poor the customer service is. The house itself was beautiful. And large with a great layout. I wish the elevator had worked - three stories for groceries and luggage is no joke. Location was perfect. Weather was amazing. Needed access to a boat dock - again poor customer service by royal shells (and vrbo).
