Thank you for sharing your home! We had a great time once again on Sanibel. Lake Murex is a beautiful area on the island and this home is positioned in a very nice spot. You look across the lake to tons of birds on the little island in the lake and with the sun setting behind. Easy access to Ding Darling National Wildlife Reserve, kayaking in Tarpon Bay, or the stores on Periwinkle Way (all of which we again did on this trip). The house is very nicely appointed, and Jorge was quick to reply to any queries.

There were 4 of us staying at the property. All of us kept saying. "it is so peaceful here". The property is meticulously maintained. Everything was in perfect order when we arrived. There is an access code to enter the home. I did have to contact the host because I couldn't get it to work at first. Turns out that I just wasn't pressing the logo button hard enough. (it may actually have been sticking the first few times we just it) . The house had lots of towels and bed linens. The kitchen has a large selection of dishes, pots and pans, utensils and cooking tools. All appliances are top of the line. We spent lots of time on the screened in porch watching wildlife and relaxing. we even saw an alligator. The second floor living room was very comfortable. We were able to connect our computer to the TV using the provided HDMI cable. The bedrooms are quite large. The beds in the rooms we used were very comfortable. The owner has very nicely provided ample beach chairs and a beach umbrella. There were also 2 bikes that we used to get to the beach. We rented two additional bikes and a lock. There is an elevator; we did not use it. It was however in working order. We felt very comfortable and at home during our stay. Only the master bathroom had a blow dryer. It might be helpful to bring another with you especially since one of the bathrooms is on the first floor, quite a bit away from the master. The owners are very nice and great to work with. We hope to return next year

The property was bigger and nicer than we expected. We had good communication with the owner. We really appreciated the beach equipment and bikes that the owner allowed us to use. We definitely recommend this house and we will probably come back.
