About this house rental
In this small house, independent of the main villa, the 1st floor of the garage and the greenhouse, includes a large living room (27m2) overlooking the terrace, with sofa bed, living room and a fully equipped kitchen, a beautiful room 11m2 with a bed of 140 and leading to the terrace, a room with 2 beds 90, a bathroom with toilet and eaau a large terrace (27m2) garden, garden available for tenants. This apartment is completely renovated and new.
The main house itself contains two apartments, one on the 1st floor occupied by the owners and ground floor to rent (see announcement No. 1,204,324)
The area where is the house called The Pesquiers is a preserved site on the peninsula of Giens, facing the Iles d'Hyères. The peninsula is managed by the Port Cros National Park and there are many activities not to be missed, starting with the observation of the flamingos who have established themselves in the old salt marshes of the peninsula.
The tombolo is bordered by beaches on each side: to the east there is the Port of Hyères, with shipchandler and shops where it is good to go for a coffee in the morning facing the beautiful sailboats and then beautiful beaches, the Capte, the Sheepfold and the Badine and in the middle the small village of La Capte.
Do not feel like cooking? Two restaurants nearby: 100m away 'The place' for chic dining on the beach and 'l'Acapulco' a charming family-style restaurant in the village of La Capte at 800m.
And the West, the famous Almanarre beach mecca competition kite surfers and windsurfers. There are also great walks to do walking on the coastal path, including the coastal footpath to walk along the tip of the peninsula ...
In front of the port, a racetrack with races in mid-season, and if your horse arrived first you can go double your winnings at the Casino of Hyeres.
And the islands! Porquerolles absolutely visit by renting bikes to get away from the busier beaches in season (watch out, be sure to leave very early in the morning because in summer the islands are taken of assault ..).
To get to Hyères by TGV (direct Paris / Lyon) or by plane with the airport 3km from the house.

Quello che è piaciuto di più a me e la mia famiglia di questo appartamento è la posizione. Il piacere di uscire di casa e dopo una passeggiata di 100mt essere sulla spiaggia, bellissimo.
La zona è molto tranquilla, di giorno e di notte, anche se a dire il vero qualcosa che disturbava c'era, spesso passavano elicotteri per via del vicino aeroporto militare.
Sulla spiaggia ci sono 3 ristoranti in cui non siamo riusciti a mangiare perchè sempre completi, quindi ad 1 km ce ne sono altri con negozi alimentari.
L'appartamento è bello, spazioso, comodi letti, un terrazzo che si sfrutta tantissimo perchè ben riparato dal solo, un bagno solo ma grande, locale lavanderia a disposizione, all'occorrenza cortile interno per parcheggiare l'auto, cucina attrezzata e dotata anche di lavastoviglie. Tuttavia non posso fare a meno di suggerire ai proprietari di fare un po' di manutenzione, visto che il costo non è così basso,e dato che sono architetto e falegname certi dettagli non mi sfuggono, penso che sia anche una forma di rispetto per chi spende.
Il giardino ha bisogno di essere più curato, il tavolo e le sedie che siano puliti dal fogliame, almeno all'arrivo degli ospiti.
In terrazzo il pavimento ha delle liste di legno che si sollevano, andrebbero fissate meglio.
La porta che da accesso all'appartamento non si chiude con la sola maniglia ma soltanto se si usa la chiave, ad ogni colpo di vento si apre. E' stata montata male fin dall'inizio e mai sistemata.
In camera matrimoniale c'è una mensola sotto cui agganciare le grucce che è storta perchè montata male, la vedranno un sacco di volte ma non l'hanno mai addrizzata!
Questi, ripeto, sono dettagli, in vacanza si pensa ad altro.
La signora Helene è stata gentile e ha fatto un 'ottima accoglienza offrendoci da bere e lasciando in frigorifero un ottimo vino rosè.
Ci ritornerei, ma con gli attrezzi di lavoro :-)

Appartamento ampio e comodo. La proprietaria Helene mette a suo agio gli ospiti, è flessibile e disponibile.
Molto bello il terrazzino. Comoda la lavatrice.
Non è climatizzata, ma nei giorni in cui abbiamo soggiornato (16-19 Agosto) siamo stati freschi la notte.
Il giardino un po' trasandato, peccato, perché ha grandi potenzialità e arricchirebbe la vista e il soggiorno.

Very pretty location with a nice view in the garden. Good positioned to go to the beaches and the city.
Helene the owner is such a nice person and she was always there for us if we had any questions.
