Completely renovated and decorated with care, it offers a comfortable and warm setting for holidays with family or friends, just 200 meters from the beach.
You will enjoy 2 private terraces as well as access to the garden common to the property, ideal for taking full advantage of the Mediterranean climate.
With an area of approximately 80 m² (excluding the dormitory area), the apartment has:
- 3 master bedrooms
- 2 bathrooms
- an air-conditioned dormitory area to accommodate 6 additional people. Fitted out in the attic, it has a reduced ceiling height. "Cozy" area for children or teenagers!
The 3 main bedrooms have a double bed for 6 people. The dormitory area has 4 single beds and a small independent bedroom with 1 double bed.
The apartment has 2 bathrooms. The first has been completely renovated, the second is perfectly functional but retains its original decoration for the moment.
Sheets and towels are available on request.
