A fabulous view from the front balcony, a comfortable, clean apartment

Two balconies with enough seating for all the guests Plenty of crockery, cutlery, cooking equipment and a dishwasher Lovely swimming pool Walking distance to restaurants, a supermarket and a beach

A little gem

It was spotless. Beautiful setting with great views. The beds were super comfortable. Nadia who runs the apartment was extremely helpful. On arrival we found ourselves stranded in town unable to get a taxi or bus and she very kindly drove to pick us up.

There's nothing we didn't like but feel that our visit would have been enhanced by having better access to a mirror preferably full length..(3 ladies getting ready to go out with only a small mirror in the bathroom is problematic!) and an iron would have been appreciated.

Good manners cost nothing.

The location, which was was up on a hill, was pleasant enough although we could hear the road down below if we opened the balcony doors, this did not particularly bother us. It had a well equipped kitchenette. The pool area was nice, clean and tidy. We liked the beach which was about a 10- 15 minute walk from the property.

The host was plain rude. When we arrived we somehow felt like an inconvenience, nevertheless we politely asked where we should park our car, she claimed she didn’t understand English and was most unhelpful, just what you need after a long trip. We stayed in the studio apartment. The toilet had an unpleasant smell and reminded me of a public loo. The separate walk in shower and sink area were very small but functional. There was a large cupboard to put belongings in but it smelt musty and was not appealing at all. Barely a view to the sea from the balcony, we had to stand up to be able to see it between the telegraph pole with its many wires and the neighbours hedge. This is an old building that has been done up but not terribly well. Take your mosquito repellant and ant spray there were a lot of both out on that balcony constantly trying to get in!

Clean, comfortable, two separate bathrooms,

a little street noise possible to hear during night, WIFI not working AT ALL The lady owner - she said she doesn’t speak English, although there is information that personel speaks English. She didn’t reply to our SMS, not tried to communicate in English. We said we don’t speak French, but she wasn’t helpful. It was obvious that she could speak English at least basic level, when she started to ask if we are leaving on the last day and wanted us to pay for the coffe. We asked for WiFi- it was not working. She said there is a „problem” and did not do anything with that for the whole 5 days. We had impression we were intruders for her, not a nice feeling.

Very good

Lovely position near to beach with great sea views. Very clean . The pool area was a nice place to sit and never too crowded. Pleasant host on site. Parking right outside apartment giving easy access. Air conditioning very good.

Would prefer to have an oven and a washing machine but we were aware that these were not in the apartment.

Vraiment pour mettre un petit axe d’amélioration, le fait qu’il y manque un four. Le micro onde est un peu juste surtout quand on est nombreux.

Absence de rideaux dans la chambre car ils étaient cassés depuis l’année d’avant. Lumière verte du boîtier exit qui est très lumineux la nuit devant la chambre et perturbe le sommeil. A retirer car il ne sert à rien.

la situation est idéale et le parking facile . Logement très agréable à vivre pour six personnes chacun peut avoir son intimité terrasse avec vue mer magnifique

il manque des volets dans les chambres car les rideaux ne permettent pas le noir total c'est gênant pour les personnes qui aiment dormir dans le noir sinon rien

Una piacevolissima settimana, sarebbe bello ritornare!! Molto consigliato x chi ama la tranquillità

Struttura molto bella e pulita, nel verde e con una bellissima terrazza con vista. Silenziosa e accogliente. Un po’ distante dal mare e dal centro di Le Lavandou (avere la macchina è consigliabile) ma un punto a favore x chi non ama la confusione!! Una bella piscina tranquilla e dotata di sdraio x prendere il sole!

L’accueil et l’écoute, Nadia est toujours disponible L’emplacement parfait pour sillonner les plages du Lavandou et du rayol canadek

Quelques.détails, manque de « tasse à café » et de mug , grille pain et micro onde vieillissants,TV du salon à contrôler .. Le bruit au dessus du salon (terrasse des voisins) qui traînaient leurs chaises régulièrement pendant les repas

Belle découverte.

Ce studio est un véritable appartement de par sa taille exceptionnelle et dispose d'une belle terrasse. Le parking gratuit était situé juste devant l'appartement.

Les escaliers pour y accéder , sans rampe, présentaient certaine difficulté .

Posizione perfetta a pochi km dal paese di Le Lavandou, direttamente a ridosso di una pista ciclabile. Ideale per pedalate e passeggiate. Posto auto in strada sempre disponibile. Vista mare dal balcone adatto a colazioni al sole del mattino. Appartamento spazioso con 2 bagni, soggiorno con angolo cottura attrezzatissimo, 2 camere spaziose. Pulito e ben organizzato. Nadia super disponibile e pronta per ogni necessità!
