We enjoyed our stay, clean and well located joint bungalow very close to the beach and a few restaurants. It’s situated in a gated community. The area is on two sides of the main road, and the community pool is on the other side, which means children would have to cross the main road to get there.. It was closed when we were there Easter 2019, so we didn’t get to see it. Very friendly owner and a clean house with a great newly renovated bathroom and good kitchen facilities. I would however not call this property a “Villa” as it is too small, joint and with a relatively small garden.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La maison est très agréable, impeccable et très bien équipée. Elle se situe à proximité immédiate de la jolie plage de Pramousquier. La propriétaire nous a accueilli avec beaucoup de gentillesse, nous et notre chien, ce que nous avons particulièrement apprécié. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Très bon acceuil et relation avec la propriétaire. cette petite villa était parfaite avec toutes les commodités nécessaires. L'accès à la plage très pratique. Seul ombre si vous avez un animal de compagnie, le Lavandou n'est pas ... votre ami côté plage et il aller voir ailleurs. Après en voiture, cela n'est pas loin.

la maison est idéalement située , calme loin de la route dans un écrin de verdure à deux pas de la plage. l'équipement du logement parfait , rien ne manque. Nous avons passé quelques jours formidables en mars , sentiers de randonnées, balades culturelles , des fleurs des fleurs !!!! et une propriétaire d'une exceptionnelle gentillesse

Maison près de la plage et meublée avec goût. Elle est clôturée pour la venue d un chien, ce qui est très agréable. De plus la propriétaire est charmante !

Très bon séjour dans cette maison avec emplacement idéal : plage à pieds c'est un plaisir (et piscine également dans la résidence). Agreable terrasse. Bonne literie et salle d'eau impeccable. L'espace de vie "intérieur" est un peu étriqué, mais la maison est faite pour profiter de l'extérieur. Hote très disponible et sympathique. Nous recommandons !

Nous avons passé 5 jours en famille dans cette maison et surtout autour de cette maison, car il y tout proche une plage merveilleuse, le cap Benat, le fort de Bregançon, le jardin du Rayol, etc... La maison est très agréable, terrasse au soleil le matin, barbecue le soir. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques. Je recommande totalement.

La maison est très bien agencée et très propre, avec beaucoup de couchages possibles, une salle de bain neuve. Les serviettes et les draps à l'arrivée et le ménage au départ sont vraiment très appréciables. La propriétaire, Anne, est charmante. Notre bémol est sur la vue de la terrasse (pas dégagée) donnant sur la maison d'en face et sur le parking de la résidence (dommage). Le parking en lui-même peut parfois être bruyant (arrivée ou départ de voitures).

Sehr schöner Strand in nur 3 Min. zu erreichen. Gut ausgestattete Küche. Haus war sehr sauber. Leider ist nur der Aufenthaltsraum klimatisiert und nicht die Schlafzimmer. Die Anlage musste die ganze Nacht laufen, um in den Zimmern etwas kühlere Luft zu haben, was nur bei offenen Türen möglich ist. Bei 3 Schlafzimmern ist dies sehr unangenehm, besonders wenn verschiedene Parteien anwesend sind. Der Stromverbrauch ist dadurch sehr viel höher als wenn die Schlafzimmer klimatisiert sind und die Wirkung ist ungenügend.
