About this house rental
The house was completely renovated between March and June 2018: reorganization of space, electricity, painting, tiling, ...
It now has an upscale American kitchen with large central island and a teak terrace with comfortable staircase and upholstered to standards offering a beautiful view of the sea and the islands of Porquerolles, Port Cros, Le Levant and Brégançon.
The renovation has not made it lose its charm of a typical La Capte holiday home. It is located near the sea and shops. They have two terraces, one on the sea side, under a Parassol pine, the other on the west side, under a flowered pergola.
Bed linen and towels can be provided on request, at an additional € 20 per person.

Loved staying in this property - the closeness to the sea is a big plus. The outside area is very pleasant and we are close to shops. The only drawback is that there is no air conditioning and we missed this terribly at night.

The house is simply beautiful and cute. Beautiful garden, incl outdoor shower (which is great after a beach day). The beach is literally a stone’s throw away, so are shops and restaurants. We stayed with our three girls aged 0, 3 and 5, and we all enjoyed it very much. La Capte is a cute little town for (mostly) French people on holidays. Our stay definitely our expectations. Valérie is a nice host too, easy communications.

We had a fabulous stay and a totally relaxed family vacation. Just leave the house with the kids through the back door and you are on the beach. You have a choice of several good restaurants and all basic shops within 100m. Chilling in the courtyard or on the rooftop was perfect, if you put on Moskito repellent.
