Brand new and well-equipped, it is the perfect place to enjoy a beach holiday without needing to use your car: all the entertainment, restaurants and beaches are within walking distance. Just a few hundred metres away is the marina with its lively evenings and a cycle path.

Ground floor: a large living room with dining area and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen opening onto terraces, 1 bedroom with a 140cm sofa bed and a shower room. Guest toilet.
Upstairs: a shower room with toilet, a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and dressing room, 2 bedrooms, one of which has access to the terrace.
SMOKING OUTSIDE ONLY
Household amenities: television, Wi-Fi, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, garden furniture, plancha.
To be paid on arrival: security deposit (€1,500), tourist tax.
