About this house rental
The holiday home renovated in 2011-2012 has a covered terrace as well as a sauna and a shower. A well-equipped kitchen with fireplace and lake view, as well as two bedrooms and a spacious bathroom.
A short nature trail leads from the house to Lake Tiken. The lake is ideal for swimming, fishing or boating. An aluminum rowing boat (Linder) is included in the price. German satellite TV and Swedish television. DVD and CD player with USB connection.
Good shopping, also by boat, are in the nearby town of Tingsryd.
Suitable for two families, as there is a second Holiday house on the same property is located: Elsemåla Kullabo.
In Tiken there are a. following fish:
Pike, perch, bream, white fish and pikeperch.
You can get the fishing license required for fishing from us. Currently:

Week / 150 SEK
Month / 300 SEK
Annual ticket / 500 SEK

Ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus in toller ruhiger Umgebung mit einem wunderschönen See vor der Tür und viel Vogelgezwitscher. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und unser Gastgeber war immer hilfsbereit zur Stelle. Vielen Dank Immo für die tolle Woche!

Net huis. Zeer uitgebreide keukeninventaris. Huis staat op zeer mooie plek in het bos met uitzicht op het meer. Alle apparatuur werkt naar behoren. 1 slaapkamer met 2 persoonskamer. Tweede slaapkamer is een eenpersoonsbed met uitschuifbaar 2de bed.
