About this house rental
The holiday home is very quiet in a beautiful wooded area.
You have no nuisance from neighbors and there are hardly any cars, so you can fully enjoy the beneficial rest.
Layout of the house:
On the ground floor:
- rear entrance hall with underfloor heating, separate toilet
- fully equipped kitchen: with dishwasher, electric hob with oven, hood, coffee maker, kettle.
- dining place
- living room: smart tv/ satellite tv
- cozy sun-oriented veranda with sliding windows
- bathroom with underfloor heating, sink and walk-in shower
- bedroom with 2 beds 90 x 200
Floor:
- 2 bedrooms each with 2 beds of 80 to 200, these bedrooms are accessible via separate stairs.
Front:
- spacious and south facing wooden terrace with garden furniture.
The garden has a sauna and hottub. Hot Tub not available because of freezing temperatures 1/12-1/03
A changing room with toilet is also available here.
If you wish to make use of this than you have to pay 40€ per person per stay by arrival.
December to February you can make free use of the sauna (excl. wood) for stays of one week or more.
Additional costs:
Electricity: 0.4 € per 1 kWh
Wood: 7 €/ 60 l
Optional:
Internet: on request: 20€= 20 GB
30€= 100 GB
It is possible to rent bed linen for 18€ per person.
Or you can also opt for a linen package (bed linen per person, 1 small and 1 large towel per person, 2 kitchen towels and 1 dishcloth per stay) : 25€ pp
You can choose to clean yourself or by us (110€), if you check out before 9 am, cleaning is mandatory to book by us.
Options must be paid on site upon arrival.
There is the possibility to rent bicycles on site.
We have 1 ladies bike, 1 men's bike, 2 mountain bikes (26 inch, 28 inch), 1 tandem, 2 mountain bikes for 8-12 years (24 inch), 1 children's bike for 7-9 years (20 inch),
The necessary children's helmets are also provided (under 15 years old it is mandatory to wear a helmet in Sweden).
Price: 35€ per bicycle / stay.
Electricity and wood has to be payed on departure.(SEK or EURO)
The house and the grounds are non-smoking.
No shoes in the house(Swedish habit)

I spent my parental leave in this beautiful holiday home together with my wife and our child.
We were there for 9 nights/10 days.
The quiet atmosphere, the absolutely cute cottage and the wellness area (hot tub and sauna) were absolutely perfect for relaxing.
The house is equipped with all the necessities (cooker, oven, shower, TV, hairdryer, coffee maker, etc.). Only an inventory list would be handy to plan the holiday more efficiently.
Despite the remoteness of the house, there are good shopping facilities (10 minutes by car) and also small cafés or restaurants are available there.
Smaller trips with the e-bike to a nearby elk park or just to enjoy the beautiful landscape are also possible.
The hosts, Pascale and Steve, are also very friendly, helpful and available at all times in case anything should arise.
We can absolutely recommend the holiday home and look forward to another trip to Sweden.
PS:
I absolutely cannot comprehend the issue that one or two previous speakers have mentioned with regard to rubbish.
Of course, sorting waste in Sweden is a completely different matter than here in Germany, for example. But there are different regulations here, which are defined very precisely on the basis of a waste plan and Steve, for example, likes to go through them again with everyone.
I also have to vehemently deny the accusation of fraud or other things that have found their way into the reviews here, and I can absolutely not confirm it.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in dem gemütlichen Ferienhaus. Die tolle Faßsauna mit Holzofen wurde gerne genutzt. Auch wenn das Wetter nicht ganz so mitgespielt hat, war es eine gelungene Auszeit für uns als Familie.

Das Ferienhaus hat eine sehr schöne und ruhige Lage mitten im Wald im südlichen Småland. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, es fehlte uns an nichts. Auch die Fahrräder haben wir rege genutzt.
Kleine Probleme mit dem warmen Wasser und dem Wasservorrat hat der Vermieter zügig behoben.
