About this house rental
The 2011-2012 renovated holiday home has a large patio and a covered balcony with a lake view. A well-equipped kitchen with fireplace, two bedrooms and a bathroom.
A short nature trail leads from the house to Lake Tiken. The lake is ideal for swimming, fishing or boating. An aluminum rowing boat (Linder) is included in the price. German satellite TV and Swedish television. DVD and CD player with USB connection.
Good shopping, also by boat, are in the nearby town of Tingsryd.
Suitable for two families, as there is a second Holiday house on the same property is located: Elsemåla Björkebo
In Tiken there are a. following fish:
Pike, perch, bream, white fish and pikeperch.
You can get the fishing license required for fishing from us. Currently:

Absolut sauber, extrem erholsam, Immo ist immer erreichbar und erfüllt jeden Wunsch gerne und zeitnah.

Sehr schönes Objekt. Haus eher für 2 als für 4 Personen geeignet (oder 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder). Mit dem zweiten Objekt perfekt für 2 Paare oder 2 Familien mit Kindern. Grill und Bratpfanne vorhanden. Scharfe Messer mitbringen. Boot und Motor tadellos. Viele Hechte, die größeren haben wir leider nicht gefunden. Zander war sehr lecker. Keine vollkommene Einsamkeit, dafür aber nur knapp 3 km bis zum Ort mit gut sortiertem Supermarkt.
