About this house rental
Main - with annex, 2 bedrooms, conservatory with open fireplace and overlooking the lake
The house is located in a quiet area on Fiskestadsjön, about 10 km north of Tingsryd. The holiday property consists of a main and side house. The price includes a Aluruderboot (make Linder 440, which is located directly at the house.
In the main house is the kitchenette (newly renovated in May 2019) the living area and a bedroom for 2 persons and a bathroom. Particularly inviting is the large conservatory with dining table and open fireplace and direct lake view. In the adjoining house is another bedroom for two people, a shower and a separate toilet.
The holiday home is rented up to a maximum of 4 persons.
On the neighboring area is the house Söftestorp 9, which is currently being rebuilt. Will be advertised here at FeWo-direkt.
Good shopping, bank, doctor, pharmacy, etc. can be found in nearby Tingsryd.
In Fiskestadsjön there are u. a. the following fish: pike, perch, tench, roach. You will receive angling license required for fishing from us. Currently:

Ein sehr feines Ferienhäuschen mit Allem was man braucht. Sehr ruhige Lage am See mit Boot. Für die, die Ruhe suchen sehr zu empfehlen.

Optimaler Ausgangspunkt für diverse Angelausflüge auf dem angrenzenden See. Boot mit E-Motor unbedingt empfehlenswert , da man ansonsten kaum zum Angeln an den See ran kommt. Haus einfach, aber mit allem notwendigen perfekt ausgestattet. Absolut ruhige Lage, Einkaufmöglichkeiten in der Nähe ( ca 10km). Insgesamt für so einen Trip perfekt ! Lachsfluss in Mörrum ca. 3/4 Std entfernt . Vermieter sehr nett und hilfsbereit, so wie alle in Schweden, die wir kennen gelernt haben. 👋🏻 Auch wenn der ganz große Fisch ausgeblieben ist, war es ein schönes gemeinsames Erlebnis !

Söftestorp 8 ist ein kleines aber feines Häuschen im Wald hinter einem Bauernhof. Mit separatem "Kinderzimmer" hat eine Familie ausreichend Platz auf dem Grundstück am See.
Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Aufenthalt dort.
