About this house rental
Holiday home Johannesdal is located near the lake Mien.
The property is for 4 people.
The property consists of:
Ground floor:
- hall
- fully equipped kitchen: with dishwasher, electric hob with oven, coffee maker, kettle,
- Living room with TV, there is a large stove in the living room
- bathroom with floor heating, shower, sink
Upper floor:
- Bedroom with 2 x single beds
- Bedroom with 2 x single beds.
A baby cribb can be added to the largest bedroom. A baby chair is also available.
Outside there is a large covered terrace.
A grill place
Hot tub.(not in use due to freezing temperatures 1/12-1/03) For the use of the hot tub we ask 35€ per stay, to be paid on the spot.
To pay at the end:
EL: 4 SEK/0,4€/kWh
Wood: 70 SEK/7€/ 60 liter
Prices for additional services:
- We also rent bicycles.
The necessary children's helmets are also provided (under 15 years old it is mandatory to wear a helmet in Sweden).
For the price of 70 € / 700 SEK , you have 2 ladies' bicycles, 2 men's bicycles, 2 children's bicycles (16 inch and 20 inch) available during your stay.
- Bed linen: 18€ / 180 SEK per person
- Linen package = bed linen per person, 1 large and 1 small towel per person, 2 kitchen towels and 1 dishcloth per stay: 25€
-Internet (WiFi) 20€ = 20GB 30€=100GB
-You can choose to clean yourself or by us (95€), if you check out before 9 am, cleaning is mandatory to book.
- 1 dog allowed: 10€/100SEK / day

The cottage has a very-well equiped kitchen and cleaning products. The fireplace warms just keeps you extra cozy during late evenings. The hot tub was an high point of our stay, you just have to bare in mind it takes a while (3-4hrs, outside temperatures 10C) until it reaches a comfortable temperature, depending on the time of the year.
The porch and hot tub are facing west, so you can enjoy the sunset and some dinner there :)

* Långasjön Park (hiking): aprox. 20min drive
* Karlshamn (town): aprox 25min drive
* Karlskrona (town): aprox 1hr drive

Familien og jeg havde en dejlig ferie i sommerhuset, der var pænt og velholdt. Sommerhuset har en dejlig stor overdækket terrasse som vi benyttede os meget af og et vildmarksbad, der i sommervarmen kun tog en times tid at varme op. De fleste seværdigheder i området kan nås inden for én times kørsel i bil.
Fremtidige lejere skal vide at huset ligger lige ved et T-kryds og der er relativt meget trafik i løbet dagen i højsæsonen. Vejen har direkte indkig til hele haven og terrassen hvilket er lidt synd, da der derfor ikke er meget privatliv.
