The tastefully furnished 2-bedroom apartment is located in the middle of a total of 3 floors of a palace from 1898. It is a sunny and central location, only a few steps from the approx. 8 km long magnificent lakeside promenade. Shops, restaurants, cafes, bars and the beautiful old town are practically at your doorstep. You can reach the shipyard of the passenger ferry in about 200 m. Thus you can reach many of the above-mentioned excursion destinations also from the water. The town's tennis court and a public swimming pool with its own sand beach and a public beach with sunbathing lawn are located about 1 km away. In total the apartment has a living space of approx. 65 m² and 2 Sonnenbalkone of each approx. 10 m². The view of the lake is fantastic. In case you do not want to be completely isolated from the rest of the world during your holiday, you will have free wireless Internet access.
