The hotel was only a mile from the lovely downtown area of Brighton and the restaurants.
The hotel has free laundry, along with a cabinet of supplies (like crock pots, etc) that can be borrowed during your stay.
The bed was comfortable.
The staff is very nice and friendly. The lady who checked us in was extra helpful.
The hotel was full, yet it was very quiet, which we appreciated very much.
Overall the rooms and bathrooms are dated. The bathroom needs a deep clean and remodel.

Our TV remote wasn't working properly, but the front desk took care of it promptly. Excellent customer service.

Ther was no breakfast. I was told there was free coffee in the store but no mention of breakfast. Disappointed I didn’t know if there was because I was looking forward to it before I traveled home. Something I was hoping to have but didn’t. Otherwise staff was kind and helpful.
The refrigerator made noises on and off like someone was knocking on the door throughout the night. The staff was kind and helpful but I was not impressed with the facility. A bit of a musty smell. There wasn’t even paper and pen to write anything down.
