A great stay in a wonderful location!

Old style cottage with all the amenities. Very comfortable and a beautiful place to stay. We were very lucky with the weather but we were still able to enjoy a fire or two in the evening. We got useful advice from the property owners when we got a punctured tyre and we got a good look around the castle on the day we left. Thank you.

This cottage was a gem off a place great location gave the children the freedom to play safely outside. Communication with the owner was excellent. Would love to go back in the winter just so we could use the fire. Would highly recommend.

Excellent location with beautiful walks along the river. Cosy cottage.

Sofas and armchairs were a bit uncomfortable. More mugs need to be provided. The wooden floor was very worn in some parts of the lounge with gaps and rough edges.

Such a lovely cottage and grounds for a short stay not far from home.

We had a fantastic stay at Neidpath Castle Cottage. The key was exactly where we were told it would be, it was easy to find and access. The facilities were fantastic and even the generous amount of wood to use for the fire at no extra cost (but if we needed more, there was an option to purchase more.) It was in an excellent location just outside of Peebles, but with direct walking, biking and very short car routes into town.

Apart from having to come home, the entrance from the main road was a little hard to see, however there are 100yrd signs. Maybe a clearer sign on the main road would help.
