About this house rental
This gorgeous vacation home with sea view is located in the fishing village of Theologos. Here you will certainly not get bored: in addition to sunbeds and barbecue area, the villa also offers a swimming pool and a recreation room with foosball, pool table and table tennis. Gather the whole family around the large table in the barbecue area for sociable outdoor meals at lunchtime or in the evening. Afterwards, relax on the large covered terrace in the comfortable garden furniture. Nearby, the area attracts with long sandy beaches for every taste. Visit Delphi with one of the most important archaeological sites in Greece. The islets of Lichadonisia are a true paradise and are not without reason called the Maldives of Greece. Spend an unforgettable day there. From the port of Kamena Vourla, 45 minutes away by car, you can take a boat ferry to the islands. The boat drops visitors off at a developed beach and then picks them up again later.

Magnifique maison avec grande piscine et superbe vue. Hôte disponible et réactif. Il manque cependant un fonds de cuisine et des serviettes de piscine. la literie dans certaines chambres est à revoir et la climatisation est vieillotte.

We were a group of 14 people - 4 kids, 8 adults, visiting the villa for a week in September.
It's a very quiet, huge place, well maintained and furnished with a lot of style. The open space is great, the kids were playing around for hours.
Plus sides: plenty of space in the house, all the equipment you need for your stay (cooking, washing, bbq, etc.). The pool is fantastic, the view is breathtaking. The village itself (Theologos, 5 mins drive) has wonderful restaurants, a big market, fish stores. The owners are really nice, reaction time was within minutes.
Down sides: the rooms are tricky, too small actually, not all with ac, but good enough since you'll only sleep there. The beaches around are mediocre.
Overall - villa is worth every penny.

Het huis is erg groot en volledig ingericht.
Het zwembad is comfortabel en erg groot en de pooltafel en tafeltennis zijn erg goed en we hebben er veel van genoten.
De directe omgeving vonden we wat minder: Het is een heel groot villapark met veel lege plekken en half afgebouwde villa's wat een wat doodse, onwerkelijke indruk maakt.
Theologos zelf, de haven en restaurants, is echter weer "de gewone wereld" met een leuke sfeer.
Wat tegenviel waren de volgende dingen:
* Er was geen werkende wifi. (blijkbaar was het wifi budget voor jul al opgemaakt door eerder gebruik?). Erg vreemd dat het niet mogelijk is om dit GB budget niet op te hogen zodat alle gasten wifi hebben. Dit kostte ons 50 euro extra aan 4G.
* Er is airconditioning in maar 2 van de 6 slaapkamers en niet in de algemene ruimten, zodat het daar erg heet was (meer dan 30/35 graden) als de kinderen gingen slapen.
