About this villa rental
Just 1:30 from Athens airport, in an authentic fishing village, unspoilt by mass tourism, our villa of 250 m2 will welcome you in a quiet broken only by crickets.
It is located in a protected nuisance and residential area with no direct neighbors.
Of its many terraces you can enjoy a panoramic view of the sea and can explore the village of Limni, located just opposite the island of Evia. It is on the Island of Evia also that the sun rises behind Mount Kandili (1,246 m).
The property of 1500 m2 is fully raised (citron, palm, olive, etc) and closed. To refresh, you will enjoy a dip in the large swimming pool (11m x 5m pool house)
For your bathing, you will discover the many beaches and coves that you can easily walk to.
Other beaches are a short drive away with many taverns.
Our home, designed to accommodate 10 to 12 people has 5 air conditioned bedrooms, all bathrooms and toilets as well as ground floor a large open space of 100 m2
(Living room, dining room, bar, fireplace).
The fully equipped kitchen opens onto a shaded terrace on the ground floor.
Wifi is free.
Theologos is an authentic fishing village. He lives year-round fishing. You will find all amenities, shops, bars and tavernas.
Malesina, 6 km away in the hills, amidst a sea of olive trees, is a large agricultural town where you will find additional amenities (banks in particular).
Theologos is ideally located for you to enjoy the sea, sun and relaxation. If you want to enjoy the other attractions of Greece, Athens note is located just a big time car, as eg Delphi.
You will without difficulty, for excusion day,
Meteora or you will make a getaway on the nearby islands of Evia and Skiathos or Skopelos.

We had a great time with beautiful partly view over the see. The kitchen was well equipped. We lacked blanckets. So some of us were cold at night.
There were many mosquitoes, which would have been nice to know..Many sweet cats.

Beautiful house in nice a quiet location. The place had all we needed and Dhimitri was very helpful. We all loved the pool and had a great time.

The villa was the perfect size for our party. Beautiful view from the top terrace and a 6-7 minute walk from a small beach. Dimitri, who looked after the villa and pool was very friendly and came most days to clean the pool.
Unfortunately when we got there the kitchen utensils were not all clean and some of the cupboards felt sticky which was a shame.
The room configuration which was on VRBO was not the same in reality. There was no family room (double bed and 2 twin beds) and I don't think they were expecting 11 people even though it was stated in our booking.
Some of the furniture (especially kitchen) was tired.
Saying all this, once we had sorted out the bedroom situations and kitchen, we had a lovely time, with lots of choices of beaches just 7-15 mins drive.
One small supermarket in Theologos was easy to get to and there was a larger one in Malesinas which was straight forward too.
