Built on a 150 m² layout in one of the most picturesque areas of Chalkida (only one hour from Athens), the villa features an impressive 40 m² balcony with stunning views of the sea and surrounding mountains, offering an immediate sense of relaxation from the moment you arrive.
Designed and fully equipped for families, couples, groups with children, babies, and pets, the villa provides excellent layout and comfort, accommodating up to 12 guests. It offers spacious bedrooms (one of them 40 m²), quality bed linens, Wi-Fi, Mediterranean gardens with over 50 trees, and a shallow, child-safe pool—perfect for little ones and families who want to enjoy carefree moments of play and relaxation.
