De rust en de prachtige locatie. Mooi aangelegde tuin, alles tot in de puntjes onderhouden. Heerlijk zwembad met uitzicht op zee. Moderne kamer met goede airco.
Het ligt nogal afgelegen. Je moet altijd de auto in om een hapje te gaan eten.

Locația este foarte modernă,curată și aflată pe malul mării.Exista o piscină foarte bine întreținută și se poate accesa o mică plajă lângă proprietate.Proprietarii sunt foarte amabili și dispuși să acorde orice sfaturi aveți nevoie.Camerele sunt foarte spațioase și au aer condiționat.Cel mai mult ne-a surprins liniștea desăvârșită.Nu am auzit cicade,ceea ce era chiar neașteptat pentru insule.
Accesul din Politika spre proprietate se face pe un drum îngust și destul de rău în câteva porțiuni.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Seaside Village in Evia. The property is peaceful, private, and beautifully maintained, offering everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. The maisonette we stayed in was spacious, tastefully designed, and fully equipped, with two comfortable bedrooms and two modern bathrooms—perfect for our needs.
The outdoor spaces are just as impressive: a lovely pool, a thoughtfully designed layout, and a private beach that felt like a hidden gem. Every detail has been carefully considered, making the whole experience seamless and enjoyable.
Our host, Theodor, made the stay even more special. He is incredibly kind and attentive, always ready to share great recommendations for local restaurants, beaches, and places to explore.
This is truly a place where you can unwind in comfort and style. We highly recommend it and would love to return!
