About this cottage rental
Fully equipped, comfortable seafront cottage, 2 houses fully equipped in two levels, on 3 acres of land, planted with orchards, vines and flowers. A peaceful place in the countryside, ideal for families with children, groups of friends up to 13 guests in a comfortable way or anyone who wants a quiet base to explore Athens and Evia or just to relax. The main house is on a gentle rise, 50m from the sea, with panoramic views of the sea, the island opposite and the surrounding mountains. Just below ,almost at the grounds level the second house recently reconstructed with big windows around in each room. There are places to eat, swim, or go out at night nearby. The large cool & inviting verandas are an ideal place to spend time, watch the sunset, chat or play table tennis. In winter you can sit in front of a fire and watch the clouds over the water. On arrival you immediately feel a sense of relaxation, yet have easy access to any city activity or convenience. Just outside the garden gate is a rocky beach, ideal for private swimming in a clean environment, where the sun sets into the sea. Nearby is a sandy beach with umbrellas, volleyball, beach bars and a play area for children.

• We would like to have access to visit the place every 3 days more or less in order to water the plants or feed Pablo, a wonderful friendly dog, which is kept at its place, near the front gate. Pablo can also be your friend during your staying. Most of our guests love to have him with them. If not, it's not a problem, he can stay into his place, next to the front gate.
• An electricity fee might be applicable in case that your consumption exceeds 30kw/day. We will check the meter together on the first day of your arrival and before checking out. 30 kw/day corresponds to the usual needs for electricity.

Dimitra and Nikolas were really helpful when asked any question. The house was great, very spacious and a perfect location. The beach in front of the house is perfect, even though it is a stony beach. The dogs, Pablo and Lulu, gave us a very secure feeling and they were great to be with. We loved our stay. Thanks for having us!

We had a wonderful stay in the family house of Dimitra this july. The house is divided into two parts, one is up the stairs with a spectacular view on the sea and one is downstairs. We were with two families, so this was perfect to have a little privacy when we wanted. The garden is typically Greek and you can sit in many places. When the wind is blowing from the sea, the hammock is highly recommended. Very relaxing.
The house had everything we needed, we could even use extra towels for the beach. And everything was very clean when we arrived.
Dimitra and her family are very hospitable. We could ask Dimitra anything and she helped us out with tips for sightseeing, secluded beaches, good restaurants, etc.
The two dogs Pablo and Lulu were a big bonus!!! We loved to let the dogs out in the garden at night and sit with them. They are very friendly dogs and we enjoyed cuddling with them very much.
Absolutely fun was walking down the driveway and jumping in the sea for some snorkling, right in front of the house. And an amazing sunset we could see from the top terrace every evening. BBQ was also great to do in the garden.

Great place for a quiet and relaxing holiday for a group of friends or family who want to be by themselves. You can walk out of the garden and go straight into the water. We had a dog with us and she enjoyed all the courtyard and garden. Nice barbecue facilities. All the commodities to cook your meals if you want to do that. We picked figs, lemons and limes for the trees! Very nice hosts, very hospitable. Highly recommend it!

Stayed with my family and friends for a week in August. The place is lovely and the view and access to the water is great. We enjoyed our time and the owner gave great suggestions for places to eat and swim. We visited several sandy beaches nearby but we also swam and snorkeled in the water directly across from the house. Recommend water shoes for that area but nothing beats walking down the driveway and getting in the water. The house was great for our needs and it was nice to have air conditioning and a place to hang out during the heat of the day. Grocery, restaurants and beaches are a very close drive.
