The proximity to the ocean and to town made this vacation exceptional. We wish the beds were more comfortable (as in newer and/or better quality), but again the positives far outweighed that minor complaint. Everything worked, laundry machines were great, grill was decrepit but serviceable and the place was very conducive to getting closer to grandkids. Thank you.

The house is in a great location. Literally 8 - 10 houses off the beach and a 7 minute walk to the Boardwalk area in Bethany. The house also has an elevator which made loading and unloading much easier. However, the house itself is disappointing. The dishwasher did not work, the tub and sink for the master bedroom ran very slow, the outside was not kept up at all - weeds everywhere and the outdoor shower was disgusting. Some plugs did not work and there is no overhead lighting in the bedrooms. Lastly, there was no shade provided for outdoor seating. We expected more for the price we paid.
