The semi-detached holiday home, built in 2004 and renovated in 2021, is modern and functional. The property is located in a holiday home settlement on the outskirts of town. The domicile is popular due to its quiet and sunny location. Available for exclusive use: lawn for sunbathing, sunshade, deck chair, barbecue facility, terrace, garden furniture, Hollywood swing, campfire site, and courtyard. A bike rental is 150m away, and a train station is 300m away.

Your holiday house consists of 1 floor, 4 rooms (from which 3 bedrooms), is 45 sqm and can accommodate up to 5 persons. Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. On colder days your holiday house can be heated with central heating (wood/coal). Heating: living room with iron stove, wood, oil radiators, heating-cooling-air conditioning in the attic The entrance is covered and leads over 1 step and a 10 sqm terrace directly in the living room with lounge and doors to all rooms. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Living room 25 sqm and with fireplace, lounge, dinette, TV and radio. The dinette offers space for 4 persons. You have access to the 8 sqm, covered terrace with garden furniture, 1 table, 6 chairs, 2 sunloungers, porch swing and parasol. Cooking nook in the living room with dinette, TV, gas stove (2 burners), electric cooker (ceramic stove top, 2 plates), exhaust hood, refrigerator (120 l, freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric water boiler and grill. The dinette offers space for 4 persons. You have access to the terrace. Bathroom 5 sqm and with shower, 1 washbasin, window and washing machine. Separate toilet 1 sqm and with 1 washbasin and WC.
Top floor: Bedroom with 1 single bed. Bedroom 8 sqm and with 1 double bed. Bedroom 3 sqm and with 1 double bed. Separate toilet 1 sqm and with 1 washbasin and WC.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access, baby bed, electric iron, washing machine and dryer. TV or radio channel can be received per antenna, cable and satellite.

Balatonfenyves. The holiday home is located on a 400 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn and trees, bounded by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. On the upper floor there are 1 larger and 2 smaller bedrooms and 1 washbasin. On the ground floor there is a living room with open-plan kitchen, 1 bathroom, 1 washbasin and an outdoor terrace. Access is via a side road (gravel or crushed stone, length 300 m). Parking (for 2 cars) on the property and on the street in front of the house.
