The detached holiday home is rustically and functionally furnished. The property is located in a holiday home settlement on the outskirts of the town. The residence is popular also because of its quiet and sunny location. For exclusive use are available: terrace, pavilion, garden furniture and campfire site.

Your holiday house consists of 1 floor, 4 rooms (from which 3 bedrooms), is 100 sqm and can accommodate up to 7 persons. Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. The entrance is ground level and leads over a 15 sqm terrace. The rooms are divided as follows: Living room with lounge and TV. Bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 additional bed at sleeping accommodation. Bedroom with 1 double bed. Bedroom with 2 single beds. Kitchen with dinette, gas stove (4 burners), oven, refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine and toaster. The dinette offers space for 6 persons. Bathroom with bathtub, 1 washbasin and window. Separate toilet with WC and window.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access. TV or radio channel can be received only in national language per satellite.

Balatonfenyves. The holiday home is located on a 500 sqm enclosed garden plot with meadow, bordered by a fence. The landlord lives only occasionally in a separate building on the property. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 3 cars) is available on the property.
