Built in 1985 and renovated in 2016, the holiday home is a semi-detached house and functionally furnished. The domicile is also popular due to its quiet and sunny location. Available for exclusive use are: lawn for sunbathing, sunshade, sun lounger, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture, and courtyard.

Your holiday house consists of 2 floors, 3 rooms (from which 2 bedrooms), is 55 sqm and can accommodate up to 5 persons. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. A heating facility does not exist. The entrance leads over 2 steps and a 8 sqm terrace directly in the living room. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Living room as intersecting room, 16 sqm and with lounge, dinette and TV. The dinette offers space for 5 persons. You have access to the terrace. Kitchenette as intersecting room, 6 sqm and with gas stove (1 flame), oven, refrigerator (240 l, freezer), microwave and coffee machine. You have access to the terrace. Bathroom with bathtub, WC and window.
1st floor: Bedroom with 2 single beds. Bedroom with 3 single beds. You have access to the balcony. Separate toilet with WC.
TV or radio channel can be received per antenna and satellite.

Balatonmáriafürdő. The holiday house is situated on a 230 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn and trees, bordered by a fence and a hedge. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side street (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars) on the property.
