The holiday home, built in 1990, is a semi-detached house and is functionally furnished. The property is located on the edge of the village. The residence is also popular due to its quiet and sunny location. Available for exclusive use are: sunbathing lawn, barbecue facilities, terrace and garden furniture.

Ground floor: Living room with dinette and TV. The dinette offers space for 6 persons. Bedroom with 1 double bed. Kitchen with electric cooker (2 plates), oven, refrigerator (160 l, freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler.
1st floor: 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed. Separate toilet with 1 washbasin and WC. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.
Location
Balatonkeresztúr. The holiday home is located on a 200 sqm enclosed garden plot with meadow, flowers and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (rubble or gravel). Parking (for 2 cars) is available on the property.
