About this house rental
The detached holiday home, built in 1980 and renovated in 2022, is furnished in a rustic and functional style. The property is located in a lively setting, in a residential area on the outskirts of the town. The residence is popular also due to the view from the property over the garden and its sunny location. For exclusive use are available: sunbathing lawn, parasol, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, pavilion, garden furniture and fire pit.

Balatonmáriafürdő, 100 m above sea level. The holiday home is located on an enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence and a hedge. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted, length 5 m). Parking (for 2 cars) on the property and on the street in front of the house.
