Inside, the space is warm and inviting, with Mexican coastal inspired decor, natural textures and soft, sunlit tones. The bedroom features a king-size bed, soft linens and sliding glass doors that open to a private patio-perfect for morning coffee with ocean breezes.
The beautifully appointed kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare meals at home: stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a full range of cookware, dishes, glassware and even a blender for fresh margaritas or smoothies. Whether you're whipping up a quick breakfast or a sunset dinner, you'll have all the tools at your fingertips.
Step outside to enjoy the resort-style amenities, including a beachfront pool, hot tub and loungers set under swaying palms. You'll love being on the first floor; life is just easier without having to trudge upstairs to your room! We are not in the main walking path of the complex so you enjoy your privacy! Security has never been an issue. I've stayed here by myself and our children have grown up here! We sleep with our doors open to listen to the surf at night. We never get any highway noise; only the sound of the gentle fountain outside our front door and the break of the waves from the ocean side.
The condo is not far from downtown San Jose del Cabo, were art galleries, restaurants and local markets await! There are several restaurants close by you may walk to!
Quiet, comfortable and steps from the sand-this condo offers a true taste of Baja beachfront living. It is paradise!

Really enjoyed my quick stay at this condo. You really have everything you need when you stay here. Condo was clean and very comfortable. Loved the covered patio with BBQ and table and chairs. Pool, jacuzzi and the beach so close. Check in and communication were seamless.

This is an outstanding property that came exactly as listed. A very welcome surprise was the brand new gym with modern multiple cardio machines, weight machines and free weights. One of the nicest small gyms I've seen while traveling. The ground floor unit is perfectly located. I also thought Diane's very lengthy recommendations for everything were spot on. The Thursday art walk was amazing and the diving was world class. Absolutely recommend this property.

We absolutely loved our time at your condo. It was just what we were looking for, the beauty of the ocean and the grounds plus the peacefulness relaxing on the patio and watching the waves.
