2nd floor corner unit in the beautiful oceanfront La Jolla complex with easy beach access and 2 pools. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Luxuriously renovated with a wrap around deck, marble floors, granite counters, and rich wooden cabinets, pot lights and surround sound throughout perfectly set the mood for beach casual gourmet from the chef kitchen. Located on Costa Azul beach which is home to surfing, snorkeling, sunrise walks, and countless days of perfect sunshine. 5-10 min drive to downtown San Jose and 20 minutes to downtown Cabo.

We had a great time and especially enjoyed the oceanfront view from the condo! We walked the beach and watched the surfers in the morning. Another day we walked the beach toward the town and went to the grocery store. Uber was used to get our groceries back to the condo. On most days we read books under the palapa on the beach and took occasional walks. The pools were nice for a swim too. Mama Mia was a restaurant two condos away that had happy hour margaritas 4 to 6 pm and live entertainment on Tuesday. Food was very good. We usually make our own breakfast and lunch and go out for dinner. It was very relaxing!

Unit is great location and view is beautiful. However the work being done on the highway is unreal and very unsafe to try walk the road. Walking the beach is a much better way to the grocery store. Really wish the unit had a BBQ. That is a big negative in my opinion.
