Spacious open living & dining areas are served by a fully equipped newly renovated gourmet kitchen with granite counters, stainless steel appliances and a 42 inch TV & entertainment centre in living room.
The two bedrooms offer private attached baths, luxury bedding (600 thread count sheets), fine linens, & 100% down pillows. There are 3- 50-inch LCD Smart TV's in Master bedroom, Livingroom and 2nd Bedroom all with Firestick Streaming TV with up to 400 channels + Apple TV, Netflix, YouTube, HBO, Disney and Roku etc
Bedrooms, Kitchen and Living Rooms all face the swimming pools and ocean with floor-to-ceiling glass patio doors accessing the terrace that slide into the walls giving you a seamless inside, outside experience. The huge 400 s/f terrace is fully equipped for outdoor cooking, dining and entertaining or sun tanning - with three sitting areas including an elegant 4 person round glass dining table. Patio also has a deluxe NEW Ducane stainless steel Gas Barbeque.
Elevator access to large warm and cold swimming pools, hot tub, tennis court (coming) and fitness room in retail building by highway. Easy walking distance to convenience store - Oxo at the complex entrance (+ Traders Mini-Super) and beach access too many restaurants, including Coral Baja’s 'Mama Mia's' Restaurant (next door) and Zippers Beachfront Restaurant (5 min walk on beach). This unit is top notch! Very well maintained . We have stayed in several VRBO’s in the same area, this condo was our favorite. It has amazing views and very relaxing! This is the perfect place, the property is very beautifully maintained. We prefer San Jose over Cabo area, great beach, no vendors! We will definitely be back,Les was a great host.

The El Zalate condos are in one of the most prime spots of beach in San Jose. Right down from the famous Costa Azul surf spot...and Zipper's restaurant...they are on a fabulous stretch of white sand with views of nearly 180 degrees. There are 2 pools plus a hot tub. You have access to a gym and there are tennis courts (or pickleball courts depending on who you ask) going in soon. You are literally in walking distance to several restaurants as well as the Oxxo (Mexican convenience store) that has a lot of the odds and ends you may have forgotten. Also, two major grocery stores - La Comer and Chedraui - are just 5 minutes down the road. You can get anything here that you could get in your home country. They are up to date and modern. For the condo itself, it's fully equipped with a full kitchen so you can eat in if you choose and eat dinner on the expansive deck that runs the length of the condo. There are tv's in every room with satellite service so you can get any channel you watch at home. The host also provides a computer and Wifi for your use. You literally can bring your clothes and you're set.We had a fabulous time. Everything is clean, secure and safe with full Covid precautions in place. Can't recommend this enough!! We can't wait to go back.
