You will love the location as you are right on the beach and have access to amenities such as community pool and occasionally restaurant/bar on site- open from 9 am to 5 pm, closed Tuesday. Everything in Casa Vista de Olas is brand new from the furniture, bedding, to all of the appliances! You will love the unobstructed view of the ocean that you can see from the hallway walking into the condo. How amazing to be able to sit in the living room or on the terrace and watch the sunrise!

You will have WIFI available as well.
The property is located in San Jose del Cabo and is about a 15 minute walk to the grocery store La Comer or about a 25 minute walk into downtown San Jose del Cabo. There is a wide selection of restaurants to pick from ,as well as shopping! You can also take an Uber or taxi for those days that you don't want to walk.

Condo was great! Million dollar view. It could still be better though. First of all it needs a safe! Kitchen could be better stocked and definitely needs a dishwasher if 6 people staying there. Cupboards are very high! Hard to reach anything. Very large unit which is great! Beds are comfortable. The highway behind resort is not appealing and no sidewalks to really walk on. Pool is nice but everyone takes all the chairs by 8 am. Onsite restaurant very convenient with great staff!!But the ocean view and balcony are what you are paying for. Great AC units.

Beautiful spot, the place is as advertised. Pool was great and the bar/restaurant is a bonus. You cannot Uber Eats any food there after a certain time so don’t expect to do that, we were told on check In you could but nothing would deliver, we contacted the host via text and didnt hear back. Over all amazing place, kitchen well fitted. Walkable restaurants and Ubers for rides were easily attainable. Great stay

The view and pictures showing on the site are exactly correct. The host was great, the view of the surfers and the beach was also fun to watch. The grounds and pool were really clean and easily accessible. The only concerns were that the water was off in the building, and we heard was the entire area, for 1 night, but was fixed and the host brought us large jugs to accommodate. No dishwasher in the unit, but we were fine with that. We would rebook.

I do recommend this beautiful condo for comfort, space, view, amenities, etc. The lobby and pool spaces are lovely. I would stay here again. A few considerations: 1. No dishwasher2. Locals play very loud music at night on the side of the building we were on3. There were a few a/c glitches (too cold) but was quickly fixed by on-site contact.
