This 3 bedroom luxurious condo is located in the exclusive brand new complex Soleado! You will love the location as you are right on the beach and have access to amenities such as community pool and occasionally restaurant/bar on site- open from 9 am to 5 pm, closed Tuesday. Everything in Casa Vista de Olas is brand new from the furniture, bedding, to all of the appliances! You will love the unobstructed view of the ocean that you can see from the hallway walking into the condo. How amazing to be able to sit in the living room or on the terrace and watch the sunrise!
The condo is equipped with everything you need to cook a nice meal at home.
You will have WIFI available as well.
The property is located in San Jose del Cabo and is about a 15 minute walk to the grocery store La Comer or about a 25 minute walk into downtown San Jose del Cabo. There is a wide selection of restaurants to pick from ,as well as shopping! You can also take an Uber or taxi for those days that you don't want to walk.

The view and pictures showing on the site are exactly correct. The host was great, the view of the surfers and the beach was also fun to watch. The grounds and pool were really clean and easily accessible. The only concerns were that the water was off in the building, and we heard was the entire area, for 1 night, but was fixed and the host brought us large jugs to accommodate. No dishwasher in the unit, but we were fine with that. We would rebook.

I do recommend this beautiful condo for comfort, space, view, amenities, etc. The lobby and pool spaces are lovely. I would stay here again. A few considerations: 1. No dishwasher2. Locals play very loud music at night on the side of the building we were on3. There were a few a/c glitches (too cold) but was quickly fixed by on-site contact.

The property was lovelier than expected – – the photos don’t quite do it justice. The location is perfect – – essentially between San Jose Del Cabo and Palmilla. Incredible moonlit vistas of the ocean at night and ability to swim right off the shore (but be careful of big breakers). We did have a car, which was helpful exploring beaches farther up the coast on the sea of Cortez, checking out Todos Santos and getting in and out of San Jose Del Cabo area. The check-in process with Pablo was very pleasant and we recommend ordering margaritas, quesadillas, chips, guacamole, and salsa on arrival. We felt welcome and taken care of. Kristen was exceptionally helpful when we had questions.
