Situated on the Sea of Cortez, only a few minutes to San Jose del Cabo downtown and only 20 minutes to Cabo San Lucas. Las Olas is located directly at three of the best surf breaks in Baja. (Old Man’s, The Rock and Zippers).
For beach lovers, swimmers and surfers this location is hard to beat! You can check out the surf from the living room, balcony or pool. We are on the fifth floor with straight on views of the surf and beach. Located just 20 minutes from the Airport and 5 minute drive to Mega grocery store and 1 min walk to Zipper`s Restaurant & Bar. Other restaurants are a walk/short drive away.
This condo offers you 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom and one sofa-bed, fully equipped kitchen, and a great balcony with gas grill perfect for outdoor BBQs.
With the balcony door open, you can enjoy the sound of the waves. If you wake up early, you will be treated to spectacular sunrises. Relax at the pool surrounded by a beautiful tropical setting. Besides the best surf spot around, there is golf, sport fishing and the shops in San Jose del Cabo.

In case you need an extra service we offer: Butler, Maid, cleaning, babysitting, tours, surf lessons and airport transport.

No loud noise after 9:30 pm, you might get warnings and a noise fine.
If you leave the house too messy we might charge an extra rate for the cleaning.

Amazing. Sunrise lovers paradise. Perfect location with a perfect view. If I could find anything that was not perfect it would be the road noise. We were not bothered by it but i could see that a light sleeper might be. There were, however, ear plugs in each bedroom along with sound machines. This is our second trip to los olas and we will definitely return. 10/10

location right on the water, pool nice. only concern was balcony walking to elevator to room.. if you have a few cocktails or kids drinking it up in town, be careful as the railing is about 3 feet.. our place was perfect for family

The security guard and building did not budge when I unexpectedly needed my two sons to stay with us because they were sick, bringing our number to 8 instead of 6. They did not budge and threatened us we would have to leave and/or pay a lot extra. That was very stressful and extremely unnecessary, especially because the listing said “8 people max”.
