About this apartment rental
Our home away from home ocean-view condo is located in the first phase complex at Las Mañanitas. We have been told it is one of the most desirable units because it is on the ground floor conveniently located by the beach, swimming pool and BBQ area. The condo has two bedrooms and is fully furnished with Mexican flare. The first bedroom has a King Size bed, shower, bath, safe, and TV; the second bedroom has two queen size beds and shower The living room has a 50 inch 3D TV, along with stereo surround sound which can be used with your personal streaming service account. We have a full kitchen with modern utensils, washer-dryer, and an extra large water heater. Each of the three phases has a swimming pool, Jacuzzi, and BBQ area. The outdoor cooking area has tables and chairs for outdoor eating; either dine in the outdoor area next to the pool and ocean, or enjoy eating on our veranda, either way you will have a beautiful view of the ocean. Relax on the veranda with your coffee while the sun comes up, or take a walk on the beach while the sun goes down. Condo 101 is the place to be!

Location and ease of access to Ocean outstanding! The complex was very quiet for us as we traveled early December. Complex was only about 1/3 full. Our unit had everything we needed. Communication with the owner perfect and was available if we needed anything. TV in Master bedroom didn't work when we were there. We would stay here again. Beautiful!!!

Having stayed at a variety of places in Los Cabos, Las Mananitas is our favorite. The location offers a peaceful setting, free from the crowds and chaos of Cabo San Lucas. It is just a few steps to the beach, which offers fabulous sunsets and no crowds or pushy vendors. The New Year's fireworks over the Sea of Cortez were a highlight of our trip. Our kids loved having the swimming pool very close to the ground floor patio. The Elton's were awesome hosts, as the communication was clear and concise. The condo is well equipped and consistent with the listing. We ate many meals on the patio, as the kitchen is well equipped for food preparation. The condo is spacious with plenty of room for families. We had no issues during our stay and highly recommend this condo. We hope to stay here again next time we are in Los Cabos!

As advertised #101 is both steps away to the pool and ocean. An easy walk to the huge grocery store for food and beverages and a quick bus ride to San Jose del Cabo. The unit has everything you could possible need including a fully equipped kitchen, spice pantry and a communal borrow then pay it forward,cupboard of both books and heals of liquor. Mama Mias is a great on the beach restaurant just a five minute walk down the beach. The complex has very friendly staff and security and the grounds are immaculate. Can’t wait to come back.
