About this apartment rental
Located on the ground floor, this two bedroom and two bathroom condominium offers incredible access to all amenities. The interiors feature travertine marble floors, tumble marble bathroom designs, granite countertops, alder wood cabinetry and fully equipped kitchen. It also has an ocean view bedroom that can be used as an office. Wireless internet and streaming television bring the world as close as desired. Minimal packing is needed as the unit has its own washer and dryer.
Located in San Jose del Cabo, it provides a relaxed and traditional environment of a Mexican town with great dinning but is only 20 minutes drive on a divided four lane highway to Cabo San Lucas for its exciting nightlife.
Activities such as golf, fishing, horseback riding, surfing, snorkeling and much more are minutes away.
Sleep to the rhythmic sound of the surf and wake up in one of the most incredible climates with surprisingly low humidity and cool nights.

Please be advised of ongoing works at the property during the period of your stay.
• Construction Period: Renovation work is permitted from June through September.
• Unit Renovation: A unit on the 5th floor of our building will be undergoing renovation during July. The demolition phase, which is typically the noisiest, is scheduled for the beginning of July.
• Pool Restoration: Our pools are undergoing restoration. El Zalate features two pools, and one will always remain open for guest use.
• The pool located furthest from your unit is nearing completion. • The pool closest to your unit is scheduled for work approximately from July 15th to August 15th.
• Work Schedule: Construction work occurs Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.

The Condo was very clean and nice. Malie was a great communicator and host. The residents that live and own property there were great, friendly and very helpful. We had everything we needed at the condo. The pools and hot tub with the beautiful landscaping were very clean, relaxing and quiet. The beach was beautiful and clean You could walk down the beach to Mama Mia’s, Zippers and Pesidito Break restaurant on the beach. Larry and Joyce

We absolutely loved our stay here!The pools are amazing and we fell asleep every night with the soothing sound of the surf hitting the beach. Thank you Malie, we hope to come back and stay here again!
