Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was excellent. However, the tv didn’t work and some of the cupboards were broken. Also, the lock box was very difficult to access and should be checked as not sure key is currently secured.

The location is fantastic right on the beach. We woke up to the most beautiful sunrises! The moon rises were incredible! The coffee situation was terrible as the little two cup coffee maker was missing a strainer or coffee filters. We ended up using a French Press we found in the cupboards that had all old mismatched pots, pans, utensils, glasses and silverware. We learned when we were there that this was the first condo comp[lex built on the beach some 20+ years ago. The style was grandma's old furniture and multicolored clay tiles.The AC was old and loud and either made it too cold or not at all cool! There are postings of the rules and what not to do and the consequences with that (if you have a car do not park on or over the lines). However, no info on where to go what to see or anything that could make your stay better! We were on the beach, but there was no beach chairs or umbrella to enjoy it. Once we were there for a day we figured how two make it work so because of its location, the grounds that it sits on, the people you can meet I gave it a 4/5. However, we never saw any host and the communication was spotty! This place needs to be taken over by the kids and put some fresh redecorating and updated AC, appliances , etc...

Reviewer Comments: While the location was as advertised and the arrival went well,there were some issues. Aside from the one in the lockbox,there was only one key and about 40% of the light bulbs were burnt out. Of the three TVs,two didn't work at all and the third had so much static it was unwatchable. One shower had no light and the other had no water although that was repaired halfway through our holiday. The patio door didn't lock,the advertised stereo did not exist. The wi-fi worked great once I figured out how to log in,the network name on the paperwork didn't match any of the networks available (it was missing a 6). The onsite security guard was very helpful but contacting management was impossible as the phone number didn't work and email was not answered. Sardina Cantina and Mama Mia's were good restaurants but were too far for my 81 year old brother to walk to (not your fault). With highs of 23 and a cold wind off the water we found it too cold in the shade and too hot in the sun (also not your fault). Overall the great location on the beach earns it a three star rating,some simple fixes could improve this.
