Due to the hillside location above the center you have the house, the terrace and the garden fantastic views of the Baltic Sea. In May 2010 the newly built apartment house was classified with 5 stars. In assessing the chairman of the Tourist Association Binz, Mr. Hoffmann said, "This house is the most beautiful object that I've seen on Rügen".
