Sonnige Ferienwohnung mit Südbalkon und Meerblick

Spend the most wonderful time of the year away from the tourist crowds in the quiet and relaxing village of Alt Reddevitz. Let yourself be enchanted by the beautiful ocean view and the proximity to the village’s own beach, as well as the children’s playground located right by the ocean.

Our vacation rental, which was completely refurnished and renovated this spring of 2022, offers you two spacious bedrooms—each with two double beds—a shower room, and a bathroom with a tub, both with their own toilets, as well as a spacious living-dining area with a pull-out sofa bed and a large south-facing balcony with a direct ocean view. You can access the upper bedroom via the staircase in the living and dining area; it is therefore open to this space. The south-facing balcony features an awning so you can sit comfortably there even in the summer and enjoy the wonderful view. All windows are equipped with blackout blinds or blackout curtains. This way, you can decide for yourself when you want to let the sun in.

The kitchen is fully equipped. You’ll find a drip coffee maker, a toaster, a microwave, a stovetop, an oven, a dishwasher, a kettle, and of course a fridge-freezer, as well as dishes, cutlery for adults and children, and other kitchen utensils.

The vacation rental is also equipped with everything else you need to make your vacation relaxing and offers plenty of storage space. There are plenty of games for rainy days, as well as children’s toys and a lovely play mat. Additionally, for our youngest guests, a travel crib with a separate mattress is provided free of charge. You’ll also have free access to the apartment’s high-speed Wi-Fi. There is a smart TV in both the lower bedroom and the living room. The upper bedroom features a smart TV that can be used for streaming online content. A free parking space is available directly in front of the building. There is also a fitness room and a sauna in the basement.

If needed, you can book a linen package consisting of bed linens, a shower towel, a hand towel, bath mats, a dish towel, and a guest towel for 25.00 EUR per person.

The village beach is located about 200 m from the apartment. About 100 m away, you’ll find a beautiful playground right by the sea. In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find a bike rental shop as well as several excellent restaurants. Shopping options are available in Göhren, Baabe, or Sellin, all about 6 km away. If the village beach is too small for you, you’ll find expansive sandy beaches in Thissow, about 9 km away.
