Tolle Wohnung, leider zeigt sich jedoch mittlerweile die Abnutzung, so dass der Preis nicht mehr ganz gerechtfertigt ist
Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, mit einer Sauna ausgestattet und jedes Schlafzimmer hat ein eigenes Bad. Integrierte Bora Abzugshaube im Kochfeld sowie qualitativ hochwertiger Ofen und Mikrowelle. Blick aufs Meer und Wellen vom Balkon oder mit geöffnetem Fenster zu hören. Parkplatz im Parkhaus im Preis inbegriffen. Größe und Lage der Wohnung sind top.
Teilweise schon etwas verlebt, sowohl Möbel als auch Ausstattung. Toaster bspw. kaputt, Staub auf Leisten schon lange nicht mehr abgewischt. Adapter einer Nachttischlampe fehlte, Instruktionen und Passwörter die per WhatsApp kamen, waren teilweise fehlerhaft. Im Booklet in der Wohnung korrekt hinterlegt. Es fehlte ein richtig großer Topf in der Küche, bspw. zum Nudeln kochen. Leider hatten wir schon zum zweiten Mal Pech und hatten sehr laute Partygäste über oder unter uns. Beim letzten Mal sogar mit Besuch des Notarztes.
