Die Wohnung liegt sehr gut, direkt am Kurpark und am Haus des Gastes und nur wenige Gehminuten bis zur Fußgängerzone. Die Farben in der Wohnung sind zurückhaltend, die Ausstattung ist gut.
Die Schlüsselübergabe hat leider nicht gut geklappt, wir wurden hin und her geschickt und stiessen dabei auf sehr! unfreundliches Personal.

Besonders positiv überzeugt hat uns die Suite im Dachgeschoss mit ihrem Komfort und ihrer Ausstattung. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Alles ist sehr sauber und geschmackvoll/ modern eingerichtet. Auch die Nähe zur Seebrücke ist super. Wir kommen wieder... 😀

Lage des Hauses sehr ruhig direkt am Kurpark, trotzdem mit wenigen Schritten mitten im Zentrum und Strand. Wohnung modern eingerichtet, sehr angenehm. Parkplatz direkt am Haus (wenn auch etwas eng bei Vollbelegung)
Die Lichtverhältnisse im gesamten Wohnraum verbesserungswürdig. Trotz vieler hübscher Lampen keine optimale Beleuchtung. Lesen am Abend schwierig. Helles Licht nur im Schlafzimmer und Bad. Badezimmer sehr sehr klein, Beleuchtung im Treppenhaus ebenfalls sehr dürftig.
