Das Apartment war sehr schön und gut ausgestattet. Für ein paar entspannte Tage auf Rügen eine sehr gute Wahl!

Lage 1A., Super Parklatz am Haus, sehr freundliche und tolle Kommunikation, man konnte da sehr gut schlafen und wohnen!
Wir waren das 3x in der Unterkunft, hatten allerdings diesesmal eine Wohnung in der Mitte des Hauses und somit auf unserem Balkon keine Sonne. Wir sind Sonnenanbeter! Die Balkonmöbel waren sehr stark mit Blütenstaub belegt (nicht geputzt)

Die Wohnung liegt sehr gut, direkt am Kurpark und am Haus des Gastes und nur wenige Gehminuten bis zur Fußgängerzone. Die Farben in der Wohnung sind zurückhaltend, die Ausstattung ist gut.
Die Schlüsselübergabe hat leider nicht gut geklappt, wir wurden hin und her geschickt und stiessen dabei auf sehr! unfreundliches Personal.

Lage des Hauses sehr ruhig direkt am Kurpark, trotzdem mit wenigen Schritten mitten im Zentrum und Strand. Wohnung modern eingerichtet, sehr angenehm. Parkplatz direkt am Haus (wenn auch etwas eng bei Vollbelegung)
Die Lichtverhältnisse im gesamten Wohnraum verbesserungswürdig. Trotz vieler hübscher Lampen keine optimale Beleuchtung. Lesen am Abend schwierig. Helles Licht nur im Schlafzimmer und Bad. Badezimmer sehr sehr klein, Beleuchtung im Treppenhaus ebenfalls sehr dürftig.
