We had a good time with enough space for us and others travelling with us.

Everything was there what we needed. All was in good condition and clean and comfortable. Because of the number of wardrobe cupboards we left some clothing behind. The reception was kind enough to pack and sent them back to us, in Australia, while the postage was paid in Germany by my daughter. We had a lovely stay there and were able to cook for ourselves and our daughter and family, staying elsewhere and could all sit around the table together.

We had to pick up the keys from another hotel 8 min walking away. This was not made clear when we arrived. we had to discover it ourselves.

Great location 200m back from the water. Quality eating options all around. Supermarket 75m away. Parking at front door. The whole building is a fresh high- end renovation. Extra large rooms, quality fittings at a reasonable price. Very comfortable.

Eine außergewöhnliche Wohnung (Nr. 9) mit toller Ausstattung . Das ganze Haus macht einen sehr wertigen Eindruck. Die Lage ist top und das Personal sehr sehr freundlich und engagiert.

"Villa Esperance" ist ein Aufenthalt wert

Die Unterkunft hat unseren Erwartungen übertroffen. Wir haben uns, trotz Selbstverpflegung, in der "Villa Esperance" sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Kommunikation vor dem Urlaub mit dem Team waren hilfreich und vertraulich ...... haben uns die Anreise erleichtert .... super! Die "Villa Esperance" ist zentral gelegen und zur Innenstadt/Seebrücke sind es nur wenige Minuten. Wir kommen gern wieder !!!!

Rundum gelungener Kurzurlaub in Binz

Die Wohnung insgesamt ist sehr besonders und hat uns außerordentlich gut gefallen. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Die liebevoll arrangierten Details zur Begrüßung empfanden wir ebenfalls als etwas Besonderes und bedanken uns dafür noch einmal herzlich. Der Kontakt zu den Gastgebern verlief unkompliziert und freundlich.

Die unter die Bettlaken gespannten Schonbezüge zum Schutz der Topper empfanden wir als etwas unangenehm. Das ist allerdings nur unser persönliches Empfinden.

Gerne wieder.

Der Kontakt mit Baltic Hideaways war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Die Wohnung ist qualitätvoll eingerichtet und durch insgesamt 6 Fenstertüren, von denen 3 auf den schönen Balkon führen, hell und einladend. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Bäcker und Lebensmittel sind in 2 Minuten erreichbar; die Fußgängerzone ebenfalls. Nach 150m sieht man durch die Margarethenstrasse direkt aufs Meer. Wir haben uns willkommen gefühlt und können die Wohnung und den Vermieter Baltic Hideaways mit bestem Gewissen weiter empfehlen.

Sehr gute Ausstattung und Sauberkeit. Geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Modernes Design. Sehr zum Wohlfühlen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sehr gut fussläufig erreichbar. Nahe Strandlage.

Bei geöffneten Fenstern war der Fahrzeugverkehr verstärkt wahrnehmbar. Auf der tollen Veranda war leider erst ab 18:00 die Sonne verfügbar.

Das Appartement ist sehr gut ausgestattet und wie auf den Fotos dargestellt, großzügiger Willkommensgruß und Personal sehr freundlich!

Wir hätten gerne zuvor gewusst, dass dass Appartement nicht im 1.OG ist, sondern im EG. In der Beschreibung ist vom 1. OG die Rede, jedoch wird dies vom Eingang hinten betrachtet und da das Haus unterschiedliche Höhen hat, war unser großzügiger Balkon im EG und in Augenhöhe der Fußgänger. Daher wäre (für unser Wohlbefinden) ein Sichtschutz toll.

Wir kommen wieder!

Wir waren sehr positiv überrascht. Die Ferienwohnung hat erst vor kurzem die Tür für Gäste geöffnet, es war ein tolles Erlebnis! Unsere Wohnung verfügte über eine wunderbare Dampfdusche, eine toll ausgestattete Küche und lies keine Wünsche offen. Wir können die Villa Esperance nur empfehlen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist super, da diese sehr zentral liegt. Wir kommen wieder!

Tolles Apartment,mit NOCH kleinen Abstrichen.

Das Apartment ist NEU & geschmacklich schön eingerichtet. Mit einen Schönen Balkon und schönen Schlafzimmern.

Das aktuell noch nicht am Haus geparkt werden kann.(Bauarbeiten) Parkplatz wurde aber in 400 Meter gestellt. Und das fehlen der Waschmaschiene & eines Staubsaugers. (Ich gehe davon aus,das sich dies bald ändert)
