The house was a great size with so much potential. Loved the conservatory.
Location good
It was very dated. Dirty quilts/pillows. Hole in kitchen ceiling. Cardboard kickboard? Floor severely scratched, holes in and frayed old rug. Mattress stored under bed? Hoover smelt of dog. Mouldy shower tiles. Kitchen tap needs fixing. Looked like it was full of everyone's old furniture/pots etc.
