Loved the place so much that we extended

Nothing really other than there was no food served at one of the facilities and not showing the world cup on the huge screen overlooking the sea was a missed opportunity

The location was perfect. The facilities were excellent. Absolutely perfect for a week with my 11 year old. Will come back and absolutely recommend.

It’s a great site and great location.

Well the Westwood accessible caravan we stayed in, for a wheelchair user, it is pretty much not accessible without help. It has a ramp, it has a wet room with a fold down chair and a rail, it has a lower counter in the kitchen but, that’s where the accessibility features end. The ramp is met by a step over the door frame into the caravan which, the electric wheelchair couldn’t get over without someone behind it to pivot the front wheels into the air. The wet room, has got partition humps on the floor which are to stop water exiting the room from the shower but, this means that the electric wheelchair couldn’t navigate around the bathroom without someone again, there to help it over the humps. Then the main bedroom, the beds were positioned in a manner that blocked the door to it and wouldn’t allow the wheelchair into the room along side the bed, which meant that someone had to lift the guest out the wheelchair and drag them up the side of the bed to get into bed. Then the doors out onto the decking, have a step down into them, which means again, someone has to help. So although it ticks boxes for accessibility features. It is not fully accessible for someone who has to use a wheelchair full time. Which dampens an otherwise lovely accommodation on a nice site.

Was perfect size and had all things you needed

Floors weren’t properly cleaned, shower was leaky and stunk of mildew that wouldn’t go away. Now that we’ve come back all of our belongings smell and have had to be washed multiple times or thrown away. Ended up being quite expensive in that sense.
