Not much at all…
The 8 berth superior caravan was absolutely filthy - we smelt stale dog urine as soon as we walked in and there were clear stains all over the carpet and there were also dog hairs all over the beds. We didn’t even want to sit down on the sofa because it felt so dirty and for a “superior” caravan, it wasn’t luxury in the slightest.
On top of that, we’d rang way ahead to ensure the caravan had central heating because one of our family members have a disability and this was vital to have. We were assured it had central heating but the boiler was broken and they couldn’t get an engineer out apparently. You’d think they’d have checked?
The site seemed so quiet, yet apparently there were no 8 berth superior caravans left to move to, so we had to get downgraded to a 6 berth later on in the evening. This was cleaner but extremely disappointing because we had to ask for someone to come and fix the shower straight away… and it was a faff having to repack everything to move in the soaking rain.
It completely ruined our first two days of our holiday due to the stress and discomfort, especially for our disabled family member. We will never stay at this site again, or with the company for that matter.
After speaking to the main desk, we were offered 25% off of our caravan cost which was made out to be a generous gesture - this was literally the difference for the 6 berth caravan that we were downgraded to without choice!!
Absolutely appalling.

Great , cosy , well equipped, spacious
Shop closed too early - groceries etc

In general was a very nice site and the staff were very friendly,
Room was well set up - would definitely look at booking there again.
Very close to the beach - Bus Stop was just outside the park entrance
I was promised that the £60 food hamper I had bought would be in the chalet when we arrived.
Sadly this was not the case and as we got to the chalet after 7pm - The out of hours staff had to go to the local Co-Op and purchase items for us. Also when we asked about the Wifi we were told it did not come with the upgraded chalet

The staff were super friendly, the facilities were lovely, the chalet was very clean and it was a clean park in a beautiful location with its own beach. To top it off, the price was unbelievably good value.
We liked everything

The caravan looked brand new and all the fittings were in spotless, as new condition. The location is good with its own path to a quiet beach. The resort was quiet, but we were on the opposite side from the amenities. We paid an extremely low price for our stay in the height of summer, but maybe it was an introductory special offer as the staff said our side of the park was new.
It was advertised as sleeps 6 but luckily there were only 4 of us as I don't fancy being the 2 poor souls who would have to sleep on the sofa bed! My daughter tried to sleep there but the mattress was so thin she could feel all the springs and a metal supporting bar dug into her back! There was no site map & we struggled to find our caravan when we arrived - it's a maze of driveways & dead-ends and the numbers are in groups so it's hard to find where you should be. There are different names for the Zones on the map in reception, but our Zone wasn't signed in the park itself, so we had to drive around till we found it. We went over the other side to see the amenities in the evening. Unfortunately everything except the bar seemed to close really early so it was a bit of a ghost town even though it was only 8pm! I would have expected at least the shop to be open long hours to serve guests, as it's a rural area without any shops nearby.

The position of where it was situated. Staff friendly and helpful.
Nothing.

The views being with my family
Amy amazing on reception
Koran and Andy super fast at dealing with gas
Ents guys seemed fun but the communication between booking is super hard work and I did feel at one point that Sarah was going to exclude my son due to assuming I hadn’t paid even though she knew I had a paper from that Tyler on reception fixed all issue with that and he lives his bear.
Swimming pool super run down. All lifeguards hiding in office two on poolside slide off due to lifeguards hiding I’m assuming? changing rooms dirty and just needs more upkeep.
Nothing working really very very run down
Caravans dirty and need good clean

The location was alright, close to the beach
The staff were nice

- so many cobwebs
- not enough entertainment options
- the sofa was revoltingly dirty looking
- WiFi was horrible

Comfortable chalet, convenient situation, good service including put of hours getting into accommodation.
Appreciation of clothes, washing up liquid supplied.
Key service available if arrive in evening.
Help to find chalet given at reception - map of site.
Usually when stayed in self, catering a small amount of tea, coffee, milk in the accommodation. Also soap.
We needed milk in morning, shop did not open until 9am.
8am opening would have been better.
Not impressed with Family Entertainment, felt could be better! Seemed to be encouraging children to play on money consuming video/fruit machines (Gambling).

It was a family of four, we had booked five cabins. When we got there, we had been separated from each other, luckily the single ladies decided to take the one farthest from us. It was generally a good place, the kids had loads of fun running outside and enjoying activities.
In the property where I stayed the shower runs extremely hot and then cold within seconds, it was difficult to have a proper shower. The other property 114, there was light outage for the last day we were there, the family had to move over to ours after much back and forth with maintenance.
5.0 / 10.0
Appropriate size for our needs
It smelt of wet dog with damp stinky carpets, stains all over the sofa and a bit of mould in the shower.
It was also not made clear to me where the property location would be which meant we had to cross a busy road with a terribly dangerous blind corner with no safe crossing near to get to any of the facilities.
6.0 / 10.0
The staff we're polite and check-in was easy. Facilities were wonderful with lots of activities to do for family members. Did not use the pool but it looked great as did the inflatable aquapark. Would have used if we had a longer stay.
Entertainment was also really good and although access to the beach was steep, the beach itself is gorgeous!
The pictures when booking did not match the accommodation we were given. Although the kitchen and utensils were clean, there were stains on the bed linens and something that looked like bogies on the bathroom wall.
The whole thing needed updating with the sofas old and faded and the curtain hems falling down.
As a breastfeeding mum I found it difficult to be in the main room at night due to no curtain or blind on the door. This also meant at night, if we hadn't have used a towel to cover we wouldn't have been able to comfortably sit and watch tv.
Smelt quite damp and with a baby this made me worry a lot.
Wardrobes were very wobbly so unsure if fixed to walls.

It was lovely, spacious, clean.
Ant infestation and spiders outside the caravan lodge. The ants entered the property and ended ip on our food items which we binned

Great location & friendly staff
– No usable power points (only two in kitchen)
– No Wi-Fi
– TV not working
– Bedrooms unclean – visible dust, hair and debris.
– Bathroom unclean – grime and residue on surfaces.
– Shower inoperable and no hot water on day one
– Oven and kitchen utensils/plates etc dirty – clearly not cleaned between guests.
I raised concerns around 10 minutes after checking in via the message hub and again later by phone call. The following morning, I complained again in person at the service centre, which wasn’t open when we arrived.
I was advised to “fix” the plug shortage by purchasing an extension lead at the nearest shop (over 20 minutes drive), and to resolve the Wi-Fi by buying a separate package from the resort’s internet provider or getting a new SIM card.
I was also told – verbatim – that “value chalets come as they are found,” even if that means not clean.

Love the Isle of Wight. Couldn’t complain about this place.
Decking and outdoor furniture was tired and ready for some love but, not a bad thing given its location and still being usable.

The caravan was a good size for a family of 5 and the location of the camp was great to get out and about to see the attractions
Carpet and sofa could have been cleaner

Excellent facilities & accommodation. Access to indoor & outdoor pool, and beach (although a steep walk down and back up again). Kitchens were well equipped.
2 of the caravans were not clean, despite a note from the cleaners in each caravan. One had lots of stains in the carpet, used tissues behind the TV, dirty saucepans. Under one of the cupboards looked like mouldy cereal. In the 2nd caravan, we found 2 pairs of dirty boxer shorts under one of the beds. To be fair to the site, they were brilliant in their response and were mortified about what we had found. We booked 3 caravans, but 2 were on the 2nd site over a main road, so all 3 weren't together. We paid the same for all 3, but they were all different standards.

The location, near beautiful beaches and sights. Playgrounds, bars, shops and entertainment nearby, easy to access. Great STAFF, especially in the kids' entertainment area!!
Driving was a bit of a challenge on the Isle of Wight, with narrow and curvy roads.
The bungalow was strangely structured, having the main entrance being a room with a single bed on each side, kitchen quite small.
The outdoor swimming pool for babies was terrifying, with bees flying everywhere, and lots of garbage in the floor of the pool and insects swimming around or dead. Apparently, it's only clean once a day apparently The pool floor cleaner had been broken for the past 2 weeks, and they have a problem with bee hives ( staff told me after). I would have thought guests should be informed beforehand and more with babies. It looked quite contaminated. I end up not seeing the indoor pools and going out to the beach. The access to the beach inside is too steep, so not advisable if you are not fit or carrying children, babies or grandparents.

The caravan was as expected, the evening entertainment for the kids was good fun and we made good use of the play park.
WIFI was shocking I did not have signal on my phone the whole time I was here. The parking on the road next to the caravans made for some very tight squeezes to drive through. The tables in the bar for entertainment were always sticky.

Close to family
Wasn’t clean, dog biscuits left in bathroom from previous stay, caravan wasn’t clean for our stay, requested and paid for 2 travel cots before stay and only received one and the one we was given was broken. When going to use oven evening of turning up the oven wasn’t clean and melted cheese left in the grill tray. The fridge freezer wasn’t working so called on call number a security officer come to the caravan to check and confirmed it wasn’t working and reported this issue. Our food in the fridge was no good and had to be thrown away.
On the phone when booking the travel cots I always explained that we had children with additional needs and was said it would be added onto notes when arriving for our caravan we were placed in a caravan on the other camp site right at the back of the site. This wasn’t to our needs and couldn’t walk to and from club house as children have their own needs and mobility needs. This was explained to front of house but again wasn’t helped. Family come over to visit as we traveled from Cheshire which is a far distance and explained traveled far and explained situations and how the caravan wasn’t clean and fridge freezer wasn’t working the weather was amazingly hot so all food went off . Overall was a shocking experience and won’t be booking again unless this is resolved and actually listened too about needs. As this is where family live and we are a family of 6 and need to book somewhere to stay and can’t stay with family because of room.

Area
The customer service was terrible, and the property was extremely dirty. There was dust everywhere, causing allergies and discomfort. My children couldn’t sleep because of it. Additionally, there were ants everywhere—if we left food for just five minutes, we’d return to find it completely covered in ants. It was impossible to even eat in peace. During our stay, we reported these issues to the front desk and showed them pictures. They promised to look into it and said they would try to relocate us to a different caravan or send someone to inspect the situation. However, nothing was done.

Love the swimming pool and activities around the resort.
Fantastic for kids
The chalets are crap,
Old fashioned,dirty.
Only plus 4 plug sockets all in the chalet and all In same room(1 being the telly)
Had one small towel that wouldn’t even fit around my daughter.
You move things around you see the dust, dirt.

Fair price for 3 nights in a chalet
Good outdoor pool
Shoddy maintenance around the site: broken lights, overflowing dog waste bins etc

Lovely pool. Friendly check in/check out staff
Security at entertainment venue standing smoking and swearing outside entrance. Poor entertainment options, only really bingo but no good for kids.

Lovely location.
Double room VERY small. Impossible to get in/out of bed on one side as right up against wall. Only one bedside table which we took out so we could shimmy down the side to get out of bed. Amazed this was a superior chalet ?? More basic /standard. Pelham court no 39.
Shower was a bit grubby. Whole place could do with a good deep clean. Sofa too shallow to get any comfort. Ended up sitting on our camping chairs instead.
Mattresses comfortable and clean bedding.

The property wasn’t clean as the carpets were with lots of dog hair. I had my kids crawling all around.

We really enjoyed our holiday the location was excellent not having a car the local bus service from the ferry port was great dropping us off directly outside the holiday park. Caravan was really nice plenty of space inside nice sitting area outside. The local 8 bus was great for getting around the island regular service made it easy to get out and about.. Beach was nearby steep access so getting back up could be difficult for some but worth it shame small beach cafe has been damaged by part of the cliff falling. Now closed down. It was great to be able to take our small dog with us plenty off great walks for him.. Great holiday hope to go back again soon. 😎👌Also there is a great pub called propeller inn 5 min walk from park does fantastic meals and is really close to the small airfield where you can see the small planes take off and lands. 👀👌worth a visit
The only thing that let it down was the restaurant or the club bar restaurant don't do a breakfast menu although the restaurant shows pictures off a great looking fry up on the website pictures. 🙁 Apart from that everything else was great. 😊👍

Staff were super friendly, especially the older lady with short hair in the nab bar.
We stayed in 109 originally, upon entering the caravan a musty smell hit you in the face but that's not the worst... The bedding hadn't been cleaned. Went to go get in bed with my baby untucked the duvet to discover dried in poo on the bedding. I have photos to back this up. Black mould on all of the curtains. The oven was full of grease. I paid £349 for 4 nights which I do not feel was worth it out of season for how bad the accommodation was. We ended up being moved.it was my birthday and was completely ruined
