The accommodation was equipped with everything we needed. The bed was comfortable, shower worked well and it felt like home from home. It's in a great location and the park is quiet
The central heating seemed to be constantly on

Staff were friendly
Cleanliness could have been better, the smell of the accommodation was awful, had to open all windows and spray air freshener in all rooms, most uncomfortable sofa I've ever used. I specifically asked not to be next to dogs and there was one in the next caravan, started to get ants coming in on the floor and kitchen worktops, was given some Nipon Ant killer spray, explanation of the resort and accommodation not very clear, I was expecting a balcony with furniture and was told by staff it wasn't in the Superior models. I will not be staying at the resort again.
