The lodge is big. LOTS of space. 2 Double bedrooms with both having a walk in wardrobe and one an ensuite. There is also a main bathroom. Quiet location, easy parking. Nice spot for beginning the days of sight seeing, easy travel around the island. Nice touch having milk in the fridge ready for the tea and coffee that is supplied. And a dishwasher = great. With real fairy liquid supplied if you prefer to hand wash...! We did uncover a couple of minor issues, but Harriet was on to it immediately...and by no means was our stay there spoiled. The video to help find the lodge on day 1 was super helpful.
My only disappointment was..... And this is down to personal preference. I like a sheet over me and under the quilt. I don't like sleeping just under a quilt. Having to leave....

Peaceful, spacious, good showers and heating. Kitchen had everything needed to easily prepare meals. Plenty of closet space.
Living room furniture really needs a good cleaning… not just dirt and stains, but also smelly. Mattresses need to be replaced. Linens could be better quality.

Quiet location. Good size lodge with 2 bathroom which is very convenient
Mattress. Spring mattress doesn’t suit us and had constant back pains
