Location and everything you would need to stay at a property.
At time of our visit it was very hot and humid in the property and unable to sleep well. But that's not fault of property owners. Apart from putting aircon in, not a lot you can do. Another toilet would be handy as children always leaving until last minute 🙄

5 of us stayed and it was ample enough and comfortable for us all. Great location for the park, beach and walkable to Ryde town it was perfect.
Nothing we didn’t like about the property. Very convenient and comfortable.

Great location, house is equipped well and comfortable. Nice enclosed garden and short walk to Appley beach. Dog friendly.
