This semi detached house is situated in a short walk from the beach at Forelands whilst being within level walking distance of the shops and amenities at Lane End Road. The property provides accommodation for couples and families alike and benefits include a ground floor walk-in shower room which is DDA compliant, and good size sun room ideal for family dining.
Bembridge is a rare village in that it boasts a large range of local shops and amenities whilst the focal point is the bustling harbour with its two sailing clubs.
There are sandy beaches and a host of coastal and rural footpaths also close to hand.
4 Brooks Close is situated in an ideal location for beach holidays, walking holidays and cycling holidays. There are fabulous views and countryside to be discovered along the miles of footpaths, bridleways and cycle paths nearby. Birdwatchers will also find the cottage ideally located for the RSPB reserve.
Ryde is a short drive away with its further expanse of beaches and Puckpool Park for children.

Property has almost all you need for a comfy holiday. Particularly liked the extra shower/loo facilities. Great location for walks on Bembridge beaches. Would prefer not to bring our own linen & towels. Needs a smart tv. Could live without the pond.

Had the most wonderful family holiday at brooks close. Everything you need for a perfect relaxing break. The house well equipped, clean and tidy. This is brilliant value for money and in superb location. We loved walking down to the beach and going swimming if tide in or crabbing at low tide.
Cooked some nice meals in the large kitchen . Enjoyed relaxing in garden. Plenty of room for children to have their own space on holiday too. Can't wait to book again.

The location of the house was OK in a quiet cul-de-sac but the inside of the house and furnishings really needed a lot of upgrading. It was nice to have all the facilities of a modern home and that did make life easier. However, having mainly no carpets, just light rugs on the floorboards is a terrible hazard, especially to older people or children, as these rugs had nothing to prevent them from slipping. Floorboards downstairs and paintwork everywhere were definitely in need of attention - very scuffed and the double duvet looked as though it had never been washed. Altogether not good value for money. Took the guilt off an otherwise lovely short break.
