Extremely dissatisfied and the experience was terrifying

Poorly facilitated - the whole flat was smelly and it was disguising to a non smoking family The dishwasher was terrifying and unable to use The curtains were smelly The sofa seats were worn out The quilt was in dirt

I would definitely rebook if staying the night in MK again.

Nikitta is an incredible host, and has a lovely personality. She went out of her way to get my items that were left behind posted out to me. The apartment we booked was just for the one night and it was lovely and cozy. There’s a TV available to use but I recommend perhaps bringing something along if you’d like to watch things, for example a PlayStation to use Netflix or BBC iPlayer, etc. Parking is great and the instructions provided by Nikitta are very precise, useful and easy to follow. There is lift access to the apartment, out the building and to the underground parking also which was very helpful for those differently abled. I’d definitely book this apartment again if in MK. Not to mention, it’s a very close drive to the biggest Asda!!

Good

Centrally located at The Hub in MK with easy access to restaurants and shops. Panoramic views over MK as the apartment is on 7th floor and due to two glass fronts in the living room. Apartment is fully equipped, we didn’t miss anything. Parking at the garage onsite that is connected via escalator to the building. Very friendly host.

Living room can get warm during sunshine (glass fronts). Bed in the main bedroom was a bit small (140 cm or so). Due to its central location it can get loud in the evenings. The youth of MK enjoys driving their cars around the block (we knew that before and booked anyway).

Would avoid staying there

Location was good

Lack of ventilation / lack of air. It was hard to breathe and was too hot in the apartment - either the windows open hardly at all or they open fully which made it dangerous for our 5 year old child (the apartment is on the 7th floor this wasn’t clear when we made the booking). Toilet flushes don’t work properly. Shower drain was blocked. The standard was poor e.g. cracked floor tiles and wonky wooden flooring. We did not enjoy our stay at all and it was over priced.

There large cracks in the bathroom floors Light in bathroom very dull-no windows Very hot in the apartment- fan in twin bedroom doesn’t work. Needs aircon as building is too hot The car park is currently having roadworks so can’t Use directions given. Found it but no access onto the building from the car park without having to walk all the way around.

Clear instruction and communication from the renter. Central location, secure car park, good local amenities. Well equipped kitchen, well presented apartment.
